Single cable solution, SUM 928
Question:
SUM 928 ASTRA reception with SDR510U possible, but not EUTELSAT?
Answer:
In the LNB settings, also set EUTELSAT to UniCable. If this does not help, try a firmware reset on the STB
Question:
"Unicable" can not be activated when selecting in LNB menue or moved back to "Universal" settings after selection
Answer:
Whenever you make any change press "o.k." and "store" at your remote commander. In case it still doesn't help pls. make a factory reset and try again to activate.
Question:
Some channels are missed at single wall outlets in the network.
Answer:
Check your antenna RF level and do not exceed 80dBµV.
Question:
There is no receiption at one wall outlet. All other in the netwprk play well.
Answer:
Check the LNB volage of the connected STB (13/18V must be appear. Check the DC feed through of the installed wall outlet. The wall outlet must feed through any DC from the connected STB.
Question:
At the beginning everything runs well. After a while only one or no transponder should receive for all network user.
Answer: Do a hardware reset at your "SUM" devices by switching mains power on/off. Check the LNB setting menu of each connected STB "SDR510U". Make sure that "DiSEqC" is adjusted to "non". In case of "1.0" turn to "non" Check this setting also for a possible second satellite position. For STB's of other supplier it may could different!
